Today’s inane image of the day : Click on the image to watch on YouTube! The anesthesia market is HOT right now so many anesthesia residents are going straight into practice without fellowship. Even though I initially dual applied for cardiac and ICU fellowships [more on this in the video], I recognized that I was making a $1 million dollar decision to pursue an extra year of training that didn’t align with my long-term career goals… so I dropped the cardiac fellowship part.
