So, I had to use my communication skills to ask him what he would need, etc., I’m not the best communicator with my anxiety, but I sucked it up & I’ve been doing a lot better at communicating things with the doctors & nurses. and what he needed me to do during the surgery.

I was nervous about it but I communicated with the doctor & asked him what he needed & what he needed me to do & where I needed to stand, etc. . << This is a tracheostomy. I had not done one of these before & it came in as an emergency. I think I have posted this, previously. I took notes after the case, for later.
